Primary Workshops for Schools

Yoga workshops

Our Yoga workshops introduce mindfulness and bring the renowned benefits of this ancient practice directly to the classroom.

With up to 8 sessions accommodating 30 children each, we ensure that every child can experience the physical and mental benefits of yoga, from enhancing flexibility and strength to fostering resilience and perseverance.

Through these sessions, children will learn to monitor their emotions, build confidence, and develop coordination and strength—skills they can apply in broader contexts. Whether for a single class or multiple classes, we tailor our workshops to suit your needs.

Available year-round, our Yoga workshops are especially effective during World Yoga Day, Children’s Well Being Weeks, Sports Weeks and Healthy Living Weeks, helping students embrace mindfulness and healthy habits.

For more information on our Yoga workshops, give us a call on 01536 265432 or email us on info@primaryworkshopsforschools.com.
