Primary Workshops for Schools

Junk Percussion Workshop

Our Junk Percussion Workshop offers a creative and engaging way for children to explore recycling and sustainability while pushing the boundaries of music and rhythm. We can kick off the day with an exciting assembly. Throughout the day, up to 8 classes of 30 children will have a blast creating music with everyday objects, learning how to transform them into a lively “junk” orchestra.

This hands-on workshop not only fosters teamwork but also encourages self-expression, leaving your children with a great sense of achievement as they discover that rhythm is everywhere. We can conclude the day with a vibrant performance, showcasing the students’ newfound skills.

Primary Workshops for Schools’ Junk Percussion Workshops align perfectly with subjects like Science, Art, Music, and Design Technology. They’re a hit during Arts Week, World Music Day, and support your school’s eco-friendly initiatives as well as enhancing curriculum topics.

For more information on our Junk Percussion Workshop, give us a call on 01536 265432 or email us on info@primaryworkshopsforschools.com.
